Abstract

Introduction. The study presents pressing questions of the promotion of the artistic product in the circumstances of nowadays and describes the problems of the balance of the art criteria of the musician-performer and requirements of the market society. There is not an only one possible pattern, because the context (audience, fashion, market) plays a substantial role. Relevance of the study. The article offers some ways for the development of the modern realities of the art environment, first of all – in music. Purpose of the study: to give recommendations, based on the supervision of practise and development of the genre, alternate to traditional concert. This could be a multidisciplinary concert, which is a creative event, the main artistic message of which is a musical performance with the verbal comments, interaction with spectators, the multimedia of different types: from visual art (video, slide-show, multimedia scenography) to the sand animation. One of the subspecies of multidisciplinary concert is a multimedia concert. An advantage of such a concert is the spectator’s maximum immersing to the atmosphere of the event. The methology, used in the study, combines empirical and theoretical methods, based on performing and teaching practice and scholar study of the topic. This kind of approach gives the most full and deep overview of the subject. Results: the observation made during the study establishes some new forms of a musical performance, which point differently to the classical music world. The over-loaded market of the performing art demands a big creativity of musician. Conclusions: the summary of the observation shows some possibilities for the management of the music production. This is still relevant information for the classical music sphere, especially for the period of the musical education. The value of results is defined by their practical importance.
