Анотація

У статті подано ґрунтовну характеристику становлення і розвитку електронних бібліотек у країнах Скандинавії (на матеріалах Норвегії, Фінляндії, Данії, Швеції), зокрема, розвитку електронної бібліотеки Національної бібліотеки Норвегії, FinElib, Фінської віртуальної бібліотеки (FVL), Датської електронної науково-дослідної бібліотеки, програми OpenAccess.se. Розвиток електронних бібліотек у країнах Скандинавії припадає на середину 90-х рр. ХХ ст. Вони є прикладом розвитку сервісної інфраструктури обслуговування населення національними та світовими електронними інформаційними ресурсами. Бібліотеки країн Скандинавії є передовими за технологічним та організаційним рівнем.
