The second issue of the academic journal Obraz (2026) presents research on current issues in journalism, social communication, digital media, and media education. The articles examine the representation of religious spaces in interactive geomedia, manipulation in political talk shows, and the transformation of internet communication. They explore the functions of documentary journalism during wartime and its role in preserving and interpreting war experiences. Particular attention is given to the professional use and institutional adoption of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian online media and the digital transformation of social advertising in the context of media convergence. The issue also addresses the historical stages of podcasting and the educational potential of AI-powered tools.
The journal is intended for educators, researchers, students, and media professionals.
